We’ve mocked some of the Democrat activists disguised as objective reporters at President Biden’s press conference today, but there were a couple of random acts of journalism performed. One was when the president was asked when reporters would be given access to border facilities. Biden answered that he’s committed to transparency on the matter… someday:
Biden says he'll commit to transparency once border situation is in order, has no clue when that will happen.
Then says he hasn't gone to border because he doesn't want to become focal point of situation.
What is going on?

Biden says he’ll commit to eventually grant journalists access to migrant detention facilities…at some point later. Won’t say when. “I don’t know.”

Biden “doesn’t know” when he can guarantee transparency at the border, only that it will be *after* he starts cleaning up the mess he made. #BidensBorderCrisispic.twitter.com/6AA5ZNoIk1

President Biden says he will allow journalists access to overcrowded migrant facilities on the southern border, but won’t commit to a timeline: “I will commit to transparency … This is being set up and you will have full access to everything." https://t.co/zBrgyEx70a pic.twitter.com/6c6ExTli2T

Biden’s answer translated:
Give us a few weeks to clean things up and then, maybe, I'll let you see what we're doing:https://t.co/2uhkw259D9

Ah, “transparency”! Biden learned that game from Obama.
He could have just said "That's for @VP Harris to decide." https://t.co/640QQySHWU

Frankly it’s a bit surprising that Biden didn’t respond in that way.
Transparency only when the situation looks good for you is not transparency. https://t.co/J33DVG1bYv

Biden commits to press transparency at the border as soon as he’s “in a position” to do it.
Quick reminder: He’s President of the United States.

And calls that “transparency “

"To be clear, I don't know."
That was great ?

And it pretty much sums up the entire dumpster fire of a press conference.
