As we told you last night, a judge dismissed a Democrat lawsuit alleging voting irregularities in New York’s 22nd district, and that finalized Republican Claudia Tenney’s win by a 109 vote margin.
The incumbent who was defeated, Democrat Anthony Brindisi, is disputing what’s happened in the most ironic way possible considering what the country’s seen these last several weeks:
I am shocked and surprised by this decision because of the countless errors and discrepancies that have occurred throughout this initial count. I believe a full audit and hand recount is the only way to resolve this race.

With the margin so thin, the ever changing tally, and the countless errors that have occurred arriving at today’s final number we can’t afford to wonder here. We have to get it right.
— Anthony Brindisi (@ABrindisiNY) February 5, 2021
Because this is not a raffle, this is a congressional election. The law that took effect January 1 says we should abide by hand counts whenever the margin is 0.5% or less— it’s even closer here right now.
— Anthony Brindisi (@ABrindisiNY) February 5, 2021
Let’s follow that rule, get this right for our constituents and count all the 325,000-plus votes. It’s shocking, right now, no one knows who actually won this race. My opponent and I deserve true clarity. #NY22

Haven’t we been informed repeatedly recently that disputing the result of a free and fair election is a direct threat to democracy?
I have been told by my "betters" in government and the media that this language is seditious and rooted in white supremacy.

This is incitement.

THIS IS TREASON SEDITSHUN INSURREKSHUN https://t.co/YgmlnT1G1W

These are baseless accusations. We have already learned from the Presidential election that machines are infallible.

He lost. Democrats should tell him to concede. https://t.co/26TQXvslYZ

And no “this claim is disputed” or “misinformation about the election” flags from Twitter?
Hey Twitter, where's his election fraud warning? https://t.co/9pRg8aDyuj

This is the losing candidate in NY22 calling for insurrection. There are no twitter labels on these tweets citing election misinformation.
Twitter not applying their rules equally when it comes to public civics is why they will get regulated. https://t.co/l7kMGDAXTp

Where is the warning on this tweet? I am shook! https://t.co/q8OXf5XJWP
— Andy Lancaster (@andylancaster) February 6, 2021
Wow, the double standards are getting overwhelming!
We were told by the democrats and their media allies that questioning the outcome of elections was an affront to democracy.
— Dr. KeepUrDoctor (@KeepUrDoctor) February 6, 2021
But apparently you are NOT shocked by the "countless errors and discrepancies throughout the initial count" that gave Joe Biden the presidential election victory.

Youre inciting a riot sir.

This tweet is a threat to democracy, or something. https://t.co/phy3dwdYZ6
