As the remaining Democrat candidates for president continue to campaign ahead of primaries in Nevada and South Carolina, their pitches differ somewhat. Jane Sanders has been helping push her husband’s Medicare For All plan:
Jane Sanders: "In 2016, Bernie ran on M4A, free tuition to public colleges, $15 min. wage + Green New Deal. We were told all these things were ridiculous. … And now every single person — well, maybe not Hickenlooper — but that is the conversation within the Democratic Party."

It’s become apparent that quite a divide exists within the Dem Party when it comes to M4A. Case-in-point: The reaction to that tweet from CNN analyst and former Clinton WH press secretary Joe Lockhart:
This is a ridiculous argument. In the forty swing districts that brought the Dems back into a majority, guess how many were for MFA? None. We can have a revolution or we can win elections. It’s up to us https://t.co/fDjzUt3U8N

And speaking of differing opinions, some comments to Lockhart demonstrated just that:
This is 100% correct. The choice in this election is simple. Is it about defeating Don or getting your candidate to the general? If it’s defeating Don, MFA is not the way (FYI, I support universal health). It lends itself to fear narratives, and fear drives opposition turnout. https://t.co/oBIGXGTUax

You couldn't be more wrong, Joe.

There seems to be some disagreement on the Left over how to proceed. Pass the popcorn!
