When progressives hear that there are more sanctuary cities popping up, they might be encouraged. That is, until they discover it’s not what they think:
We're starting to like this whole sanctuary thing.. beating them at their own game!

These aren’t the “sanctuary cities” liberals are looking for:
Ten towns in Texas have voted to declare themselves as "sanctuary cities for the unborn," with most adopting ordinances that claim to outlaw abortion within city limits https://t.co/V2kThtYGQ4

That news on the heels of hundreds of thousands turning out at the March for Life where President Trump spoke is sure to spark a triggering, especially among those who perpetuate the tired talking point that pro-life conservatives don’t care about people after they’re born.

Ask conservatives how they feel about homeless families, how they feel about kids being locked up in cages, or better yet how they feel about families not having access to healthcare. Guarantee you’ll hear crickets, because it’s not about protecting life it’s about control.

So they will raise, support, and care for them once they are born?

Do these towns offer free education and health care for the kids they might force people to have? Are these towns pro-life when the kid is born or are they gonna let it grow up in poverty or get beat up?

Gosh, I bet they all volunteered to be child care providers, foster parents and food providers, too. And, free birth control. https://t.co/NmxSxXZtdP

Well I hope those "sanctuary cities" will also support them once they're born….oh wait a minute, that would take actual caring. Never mind!

And yet they will also vote to take away children’s health care , school lunches, affordable education, affordable housing, food stamps ……

Self-focused religious passion drives most of them, not actual concern and genuine thought given to the situation of the woman who has to make a choice between having a child or an abortion.

The Democrats should be proud that their talking points resonate with so many.
