'Hysterical!' John Harwood agreeing with Brian Stelter about 'the challenge for journalism' is the media self-awareness fail of the day

Ever since the election of Donald Trump the media has dramatically increased the speed at which they’re digging themselves into a credibility hole, and they just can’t stop.

And the media keep trying to inadvertently make that case. The latest example is journo John Harwood, who has agreed with CNN’s Brian Stelter about the “challenge of journalism,” and here it is:

LOL. The real “challenge for journalism” is explaining how awful one party is without coming right out and saying it that way? This is PEAK “journalism”!

The mainstream media has irreparably ruined whatever reputation they might have had years ago:

Maybe one reason the Republican Party is considered “irreparably broken” is because they were among the people who pointed that out.

But the Republican Party is what’s broken? *Eye roll*

It’s one part projection, one part massive self-unawareness.
