During a Republican debate early in 2016, Hillary Clinton fired back at accusations that she wasn’t a fan of the 2nd Amendment:
Nobody's attacking the Second Amendment. We can protect Americans' rights—and also protect families from gun violence. #GOPdebate

Fast forward to this week, and Clinton’s applauding the New Zealand PM’s call for widespread gun bans and “mandatory buybacks” for weapons:
Under @jacindaardern's leadership, New Zealand has banned assault rifles and military-style semi-automatic weapons just six days after the Christchurch mosque attacks.

Maybe Clinton would have better luck running for national office overseas:
So sorry for a Constitutional process instead of fiat. So glad you’re not President.

But she would have totally respected the 2nd Amendment as president! *Eye roll*
By disarming the citizens. Remind me who was it that helped take down the gun man? It was a good guy with a gun.

Act…..like a Dictator.

This is called tyrannical government. They’re banning ALL semi-auto weapons that have a 5 shot removable magazine.
The shooter got exactly what he wanted and people won’t be able to protect themselves if it happens again. https://t.co/rRiHunyxOm

But the same people celebrating this in our country say no one wants to confiscate all the guns.

Fact check: TRUE.
