As Twitchy told you yesterday, a judge hearing CNN’s lawsuit against the Trump administration and asking for immediate reinstatement of Jim Acosta’s hard pass initially said a decision would be announced today at 3 p.m. That has now been pushed back a day:
NEW: DC federal judge has postponed today's 3pm announcement of a decision in CNN's challenge to the revocation of Jim Acosta's White House hard pass until tomorrow at 10am. From yesterday: https://t.co/RGNUmXI59H pic.twitter.com/adnTKmjnt9

The judge didn't explain why he was delaying announcing a ruling on CNN's motion for a temporary restraining order immediately reinstating Acosta's hard pass — most judges, at least in this court, just publish a written opinion whenever they're ready, so this is all unusual

This just in: Judge Kelly will not rule on the temporary restraining order request in CNN v. Trump at 3pm today, after all. He has rescheduled the hearing for Friday at 10am, according to a docket entry in the case.

CNN and Acosta will have to wait a little longer.
Not so open-and-shut as portrayed, it seems. https://t.co/PVBp5MtXpF

CNN argued that the 1st Amendment was at stake for every minute Acosta had no hard pass. Apparently not. https://t.co/lcIY5IhZYJ
