The announced retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy from the Supreme Court and upcoming nomination from President Trump has Democrats very concerned about what could come next. One of the Court’s most liberal justices, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is 85-years-old, and there’s talk that she could retire sometime in the near future as well. However, Dennis Miller offered something that could calm liberal nerves… just before sending their blood pressure through the roof:
I'm pretty sure Justice Ginsburg will still be going strong at the end of Trump's first term and probably even at the end of his second term. Maybe even at the end of Pence's first term. Not so sure about the end of Pence's second term/beginning of Ivanka's first term.
