Out of all the pictures taken at the G7 in Canada, the media’s focus was on one in particular because it helped portray the preferred narrative.
Angela Merkel says she found the contentious G-7 summit with Pres. Trump a "sobering" and "depressing" experience. https://t.co/BeRoN9aAnO pic.twitter.com/0cnBu0PzHi

The anti-Trump Resistance ate it up, but that turned out to be just one second in time, and Sharyl Attkisson pointed out why it’s always a good idea to have a healthy amount of skepticism about media reports:
All the silly "analysis" and conjecture based on a single G-7 photo snapped of Trump and Merkel. This was also snapped — but not used by many. Probably best not to make too much of any single photo the media chooses to publicize (if you're looking for the truth). pic.twitter.com/DNrcIBQPEu

As Attkisson shows, other pictures from that meeting weren’t nearly as widely distributed:

The mainstream media wouldn’t be biased in any one direction, would they? NAH!

Every single time the media does something like this, they have to be called on it immediately and vigorously. Otherwise it become a narrative piton on which to stand and build upon.
