The Senate Republicans will invoke the “nuclear option” to confirm Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court (a final vote expected to come either Thursday evening or sometime Friday). Former John Kerry adviser Marie Harf, now an analyst for Fox News, sees a downside… for the GOP:
