So much for the 'quickly radicalized loner' narrative about Nice, France terrorist

The New York Times referred to the Nice, France terrorist as a “surly misfit” loner type with no evidence of radicalization. Shortly after the attack, a French minister said it appeared the attacker “radicalized very quickly.”

New information paints a much different picture:
