There's that #VRWC again! Clinton spox sees conspiracy in timing of Hillary investigation 'leaks'

The Washington Post has reported that last fall the Clinton Foundation received a subpoena from a State Department IG for documents related to Hillary’s time as secretary of state.

The Clinton campaign’s Brian Fallon thinks the timing is curious, considering there’s another Democrat debate tonight:
