A couple of days ago, independent filmmaker James O’Keefe of Project Veritas released undercover video of a publishing company sales executive for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt admitting that Common Core was all about the money. The video also featured a teacher saying Common Core is a “bulls**t” system designed “to sell more books,” and the person featured in the video was fired.
O’Keefe’s second video features a Houghton Mifflin Harcourt account exec describing how Common Core is all about the cash:
