'Assistant president or something'? Charlie Daniels ponders Valerie Jarrett's WH role

Anybody who has paid attention to how things have operated in the Obama White House knows that Valerie Jarrett has plenty of influence, but just how much?

Is Valerie Jarratt supposed to be some kind of assistant president or something.
Sure seems like it.
