FBN's Charles Payne speculates what sparked Kerry's #IranDeal fear mongering (we have a winner!)

Wary of a congressional rebuke of the nuke deal with Iran, Secretary of State John Kerry cranked the fear level up a notch and warned that failure to recognize the agreement would mean that the U.S. dollar could suffer.
