Millions of Americans might have a negative opinion, but how does President Obama rate Obamacare so far?
How does Obama rate ObamaCare? 8 out of 10: http://t.co/9GPbDmTDye pic.twitter.com/q29rdeQfyj

Obama wanted to give it a “10” but he’s obviously too humble to do so:
“And the reason I don’t put it at a 10 is because you can always improve something,” he said in an interview with ABC News published Wednesday.
Obama had previously said that his signature legislation was “working better than many of us, including me, anticipated.”
Of course, that’s coming from somebody who wasn’t a victim of the “if you like your plan you can keep it” lie, or any of the other pitfalls inherent in the Obamacare law.

@JammieWF @instapundit Only 8? Wow – he's being tough on that program.

@JammieWF @instapundit Imagine a corporate CEO saying 60% of potential customers hate our product, but the good news : I like it

@thehill , If it effects Americans in a negative way, Obama thinks it's a success, just like his foreign, economic & energy policies.

Not surprisingly, that’s the same grade Obama gave himself after his first year in office.
