HAHAHA! Epic smack down of non-Texan @shannonrwatts by @TDCAA http://t.co/Z3S9KaMJC3 #TXlege #2A

Shannon Watts, the leader of the Michael Bloomberg-funded gun grabbing organization “Moms Demand Action” recently got a retweet from the Texas District and County Attorneys Association. Perhaps it’s for that reason that she assumed the organization was on her side when it comes to ending open carry in Texas.
However, Watts was reminded her assumption was incorrect:
MT @shannonrwatts: Thank you @TDCAA for standing with #Texas moms & @MomsDemand #gunsense #TXLege // Actually, we don't. No position on it.
— TDCAA (@TDCAA) February 12, 2015
Oof!
Watts wouldn’t give it a rest that easily though:
Join me in asking @TdCAA to publicly oppose open carry and support #Texas moms and the rule of law. @MomsDemand #gunsense #TXLege

@TDCAA was forced to spell it out for her:
@shannonrwatts @MomsDemand We don't take positions on bills like that, period. Don't needlessly turn neutrals against you. #txlege #protip

@TDCAA @MomsDemand We'll keep pressing; we're not neutral. #protip

Has Watts blocked @TDCAA yet?
Kudos to @TDCAA for refusing to allow themselves to be made into political fodder. #TXlege #2A

Indeed.
