Obamacare has had its share of criticism, and according to the White House none of it is fair or justifiable. The White House’s evidence? This segment from Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show”:
Millions signed up for health coverage through the ACA. What came next? The #ObamacareApocalypse: http://t.co/vRPYhsk2fW (via @TheDailyShow)

As if “Between Two Ferns” wasn’t already enough to convince everybody.
Something was left out:
@WhiteHouse @TheDailyShow They had no choice. They lost the plan you said they could keep

@WhiteHouse @TheDailyShow They found out their premiums had skyrocketed, they couldn't keep their doctors, & the POTUS won Lie of the Year.

@WhiteHouse @TheDailyShow Well it certainly devastated my paycheck. Premiums increased &1st time in 10 years I've had a deductible. #fail

Ironically, actual examples of an #ObamacareApocalypse went unmentioned in the #ObamacareApocalypse video.
Interesting times when the @WhiteHouse tweets out a sarcastic hashtag with a link to @TheDailyShow. #ObamacareApocalypse

@WhiteHouse How telling is it that the White House relies on "data" and psuedo-reporting to bolster support for the ACA? #graspingatstraws

In defense of the White House citing a “Daily Show” bit as evidence Obamacare is working, at least nobody at Comedy Central has been a “Lie of the Year” recipient. Well, not counting the time Obama was Jon Stewart’s guest.
