Joan Walsh fascinated Vox 'wants to die on the hill of one sentence' in Sopranos flap

According to a Vox.com scoop, “The Sopranos” creator David Chase said that Tony Soprano didn’t die in the show’s finale. Chase’s publicist later said that Vox “misconstrued” his remarks and that’s not what he said.

Vox’s Matt Yglesias later tried to dig Vox out of that hole by laughably Voxsplaining that if Tony Soprano lived or died at the end of the show wasn’t for Chase to decide.

Salon’s Joan Walsh was intrigued:

Can we now look forward to a Voxsplainer outlining how Walsh has it all wrong? If so, please pass the popcorn.
