The Democrats have been sounding the alarm about a possibility that the Republican-controlled House will impeach President Obama, but for the most part the people trumpeting that “warning” in Congress are Democrats trying to raise money.
As for the media, between Fox News and MSNBC, who’s pushing talk of “impeachment” more?

So far this month, "Fox News has 95 mentions of impeachment, and MSNBC 448." http://t.co/qi3GthQfD0

That speaks volumes for David Limbaugh:

Look for the “impeachment” rhetoric on MSNBC to keep increasing until it’s perhaps every other word uttered on the network.
@DavidLimbaugh @DylanByers Team O has found the theme it thinks will drive it's base to the polls this November. #SAVETHEPRECIOUS

Most of the mentions on Fox are from @RedEyeFNC.— Brian KW (@BrianKWithers) July 30, 2014
MSNBC could use the word “impeachment” a half million times a month and it might not accomplish much for the Dems:
@DavidLimbaugh @DylanByers If the Dems have to count on MSNBC viewers for turnout, they are toast. Infomercials @ 3AM get more viewers.
