Koskinen: Morale at the #IRS is suffering because of all the subpoenas caused by my refusing to let them be interviewed.
— Razor (@hale_razor) July 23, 2014
Trey Gowdy stunned by Koskinen whining about morale: if IRS workers spent more time on backlogs and cooperating, morale'd be better.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is testifying today before a House Oversight Committee panel. During his morning testimony, Democrats expressed concern shared by Koskinen that the ongoing investigation into Lois Lerner’s “missing” emails is having a negative effect on morale at the IRS. Katie Pavlich was amazed:
Koskinen calls gathering of emails in question for targeting of conservative groups a "significant distraction" #IRS

Dem Rep. Kelly wants to know how tough this whole investigation has been….on IRS employees. Wow. "Negative morale" #IRS

Democrats are actually trying to turn the IRS into the victim here with this hearing. This is amazing. #IRS

Because you can’t hear the word “victim” without thinking “IRS.” Somebody call the “waaambulance”:
@KatiePavlich how pathetic lol

@KatiePavlich something all of America can agree on is the IRS has never been the victim of anything
— Jess (@jesie_ann) July 23, 2014
@KatiePavlich That is because some of those Democrats are complicit in the abuse of the IRS, they are experts at the victim card playing.

@KatiePavlich If the #IRS had done this under a GOP Pres, the Dems would be outside their door like the mob in an old Frankenstein movie
