Actress Amy Adams is getting mega Twitter kudos today for what ESPN2’s Jemele Hill witnessed on a flight today:
Just saw actress Amy Adams do something incredibly classy. She gave her 1st class seat to an American soldier. I'm an even bigger fan now.

According to Hill, the flight was from Detroit to Los Angeles, and the soldier might not even be aware that it was Adams who gave up her seat:

I don't think he knows she did it RT @cryengine1007: @jemelehill if i was the soldier i would have refused, she is after all a lady.

@jemelehill True class. And doing it anonymously is even better.

@wddurant she just told the flight attendant and went back to coach. I'm not sure if he knows who did it exactly

Somebody in coach was in for a new seatmate:

First class move, Ms. Adams!
@jemelehill She was born & grew up on a U.S. military base. Sure that had some personal meaning for her…
