The House of Representatives has voted to approve a select panel to investigate Benghazi.
Seven Democrats joined all Republicans to approve the panel:
.@WCronkite further reports that 7 House Dems voted in favor of the Benghazi panel. No Republicans voted against it.

==>MT @ReutersZengerle 232-186 – House votes in favor of creating Benghazi panel. Seven Democrats voted w/the Republicans in favor.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz could of course be counted on to say that the Republican motivation behind the Benghazi panel is purely political. Wasserman Schultz also claimed that the vote to further investigate an attack that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans did nothing to help the middle class. No, really:
The GOP voted for this panel to motivate their base, not to strengthen security or help middle-class families. More: http://t.co/NLvB1O6nfT

What?
For starters, Wasserman Schultz is apparently content to pretend the seven House Democrats who voted in favor of the Benghazi panel don’t exist:
What say you about the 7 democrats who also voted the same way? @DWStweets
— Krystle Baker (@TarheelKrystle) May 8, 2014
& the 7 dems? RT“@DWStweets: The GOP voted for this panel to motivate their base, not to strengthen security or help middle-class families.”

Whatever, Debbie. But before deflecting and dismissing, please address a few concerns and take in some criticism:
@DWStweets did it take a court order to get emails? Release daily brief from white house will end all questions. Bush released his.
— kevin lennon (@kevinclennon) May 8, 2014
@DWStweets Amazingly obvious #Democrats care less about a dead ambassador & 3 others who died trying to rescue him. Why was no help sent?

@DWStweets Maybe if Hillary had heeded the warnings in #Benghazi, & Obama hadn't covered up for political gain, we wouldn't be here.
— Wendy (@Miss_Swendy) May 8, 2014
@DWStweets @pavelgregory An event like this would never have happened had the State Dept. listened to the security warnings of Amb. Stevens.

You are an awful person. @DWStweets

@TarheelKrystle @hereistheanswer @DWStweets And please, tell us what your party does to motivate your base? Besides lie and blame Repubs.

Want to help middle class families, @DWStweets? Resign and get a real job like the rest of us.

@DWStweets And you voted against it to whitewash incompetence.
— Taro Tsujimoto (@RCannon74) May 8, 2014
Is @DWStweets recommending a vote against all Democrats who voted for the Benghazi panel?
— Neil Stevens (@presjpolk) May 8, 2014
@DWStweets Hey, news flash: PEOPLE DIED and people LIED about it! Geez Louise!!

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, please read:

Debbie’s “voting for this panel did nothing to help the middle class” misdirection inspired a little mockery:
.@DWStweets to say nothing of climate change. how does this help heal the planet?!?

Or schools, right Debs?! How many children are fed with a Benghazi panel????@baldingschemer @DWStweets
— Brad Slager: aka Wuhan Solo (@MartiniShark) May 8, 2014
@DWStweets Um, well yea. Why would a vote on forming a #Benghazi committee help middle-class families? Does a vote against it help?
— Rusty Weiss ?? (@rustyweiss74) May 8, 2014
The select House committee investigating Benghazi will be headed up by Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, whether Debbie Wasserman Schultz likes it or not.
