The House Energy and Commerce Committee has put out a report on the number of Obamacare enrollees who have paid their first month’s premiums:
As of April 15, only 67% of #Obamacare enrollees in Federal marketplace has paid 1st month's premium: http://t.co/DKSLFXgu26 #WhosPaid

67 percent? Oh my.
OH MY GOD. It’s even worse than we thought. http://t.co/ky5Lla2afa

Meanwhile, back at the Obamacare ranch –> Only 67% of enrollees had paid premiums as of 4/15? http://t.co/5GcJmsCvt3 …

Time for White House to walk back that victory lap on Obamacare. http://t.co/tIMUM11q1E

White House Obamacare flack Tara McGuinness attempted to debunk the GOP claim and even called for a “fact check” of the report:
WSJ story on GOP E+C report is misleading. The report includes no data about people paying – only old data from 1/2 plans.
— T. McGuinness (NARA) (@Tara44) April 30, 2014
.@cflav actually report says nothing about enrollees, it just has old data from selected plans payment rates, but won't say which ones.
— T. McGuinness (NARA) (@Tara44) April 30, 2014
Funny, there are over 300 insurers in the federal market place but E + C report seems to only have data from 150.

.@charlesornstein how'd they get 67% of enrollees when their survey has 1/2 of the insurers in the FFM. Time for @propublica fact-checking!
— T. McGuinness (NARA) (@Tara44) April 30, 2014
An outside fact checker? You’d think if there’s a person who could find and provide the actual data, it would be @HealthCareTara:
I'm assuming @HealthCareTara is crunching numbers now and will give us an update soon.

Hi, Tara. Are you calling for a factcheck of a number you should be able to verify yourself? @HealthCareTara https://t.co/0QuGZGXOAB
— RBe (@RBPundit) April 30, 2014
@HealthCareTara The White House has the data, Tara. Release it. @charlesornstein @ProPublica

@HealthCareTara @charlesornstein will you release the data to @ProPublica so they can fact check you?

@HealthCareTara @cflav So tomorrow we'll see the reports contradicting this 67% figure? Didn't think so.

How come HHS couldn’t calculate this? http://t.co/3buVmCLTaD
