The Washington Post published a story yesterday which says 12,000 congressional staffers have enrolled in an Obamacare plan.

Is that “incredible,” as the WaPo’s Ed O’Keefe tweeted? As Sen. Ted Cruz staffer Amanda Carpenter pointed out, it’s not incredible, but rather inevitable:
