'#ShirtyBusiness' redux: Major Garrett corrects location where icy photograph was taken

CBS News’ Chief White House Correspondent Major Garrett corrected the location where the photograph below was taken. The picture was not taken in Chicago:

Garrett then gave the correct location and year:
