President Obama, after demonizing Republicans for asking for a one-year delay in the Obamacare individual mandate which led to a government shutdown, announced today he’ll order insurance policies that were cancelled per the Obamacare law to be reinstated for one year.

The legal authority for this resides in the same place Obama’s “if you like your plan you can keep your plan” is kept.

I mean… this is absolute BS. Obama cannot just tell insurers they can violate Federal law and expect them to do it.
