Heh. That certainly wouldn’t be the first time.
In sworn testimony in front of a House committee on May 15th, Attorney General Eric Holder said that potential prosecution of the press for disclosing leaked information is “not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.”
A week and a half later, NBC News reported that Holder signed off on a criminal investigation of Fox News’ James Rosen.
Will the real Eric Holder please stand up?
