The Supreme Court ruled that President Joe Biden couldn't unilaterally "forgive" student loans, and the president did it anyway and bragged about going around the Supreme Court. "When the Supreme Court told me I couldn't, I found two other ways to do it," Biden told a crowd in May.
Based Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey posted the brief denial of an emergency request to lift a nationwide injunction imposed by an appeals court:
🚨BREAKING: The Supreme Court unanimously upheld our court order BLOCKING @KamalaHarris and @JoeBiden' illegal student loan cancellation scheme.

This is a HUGE victory for the working Americans who won't have to foot the bill for the Biden-Harris Ivy League bailout. pic.twitter.com/iK8G1yORHt
NBC News reports:
The Education Department issued a regulation finalizing its Saving on a Valuable Education, or SAVE, plan in July 2023, the month after the Supreme Court ruled the administration lacked authority to implement President Joe Biden’s earlier loan forgiveness program.
The new effort, like the previous one, was challenged by multiple conservative-leaning states led by Missouri.
…
Challengers say it would require spending up to $475 billion that was not authorized by Congress. They say it should be blocked for the same reason that the Supreme Court blocked Biden’s earlier plan.
But he'll still find a way to keep doing it anyway because no one's above the law.

You borrow the money.

You pay it back
That was the understanding when they took out the loans.
Can you imagine being proud of dumping mountains of debt on people who did not incur it?

All the grifter losers who were praying for a payoff are going to be pissed off now!

Finally! What a stupid idea from this failed administration.

You mean it’s illegal to buy votes?

Imagine that.
It's the thought that counts.

Democrats know their voters like to feel validated. Nothing validates a progressive like having his pet policies rejected by the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has "gone rogue."
How many times are they going to have to tell him he is in violation of the Constitution?

Again? Wonder if they will follow this ruling?

NBC News says there was no dissent.
Maybe they’ll finally figure out there’s no "cancel debt" button in the Constitution.

We hope this news doesn't spoil Biden's second vacation in a row. Will he abide by the Supreme Court this time, or is he already checked out and done doing presidential things, constitutional or not?
