I personally don't feel this is helpful at all, but I'm hoping I could be wrong. Harris will never be impeached — it took them a couple of tries, but the House did finally vote to impeach Homeland Security Director Alejandro Mayorkas for dereliction of duty, but those articles of impeachment are sitting on Chuck Schumer's desk, and they wouldn't pass the Senate anyway.
BREAKING: GOP Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduces articles of impeachment against Vice Pres. Kamala Harris for "willful refusal to uphold immigration laws" & "misleading the public on the physical and cognitive well-being” of Biden

I'm not sure they could get Harris for "willful refusal to uphold immigration laws." That was Joe Biden's job, and as Harris supporters like to point out, she was never "border czar" — she was tasked with finding the root causes of mass immigration from Central America, such as climate change and LGBTQ prosecution. She did what she was asked to do, even though it didn't help one bit.
As far as misleading the public on the physical and cognitive well-being" of Biden, the entire mainstream media should be impeached for that. Harris, like everyone else in the administration, would still insist that Biden was the sharpest person in the room behind closed doors.
I'm afraid this might be seen as "petty." After all, it's just the House Republicans trying to assassinate the character of the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee. I could be wrong, though.
Even though it won’t get past the senate, this is a good move because it puts her failures in the spotlight.

If it even gets taken up by Speaker Mike Johnson. The media certainly won't cover it.

Col. Kurt Schlichter of Twitchy sister site Townhall has posted a list of rules when campaigning against Harris:
Can I get a comprehensive list of all the lines of attack we are somehow not allowed to use against Kamala Harris because they are mean or racist/sexist or they will backfire or for some other reason? So far I have:
— Kurt Schlichter (@KurtSchlichter) July 23, 2024
- Willie Brown/Montel Williams
- That she’s a DEI hire
- That…
The full list reads:
- Willie Brown/Montel Williams
- That she’s a DEI hire
- That she was installed and not elected the nominee
- That she’s a committed leftist
- That she’s failed at everything she’s tried to do policy-wise (Border Czar!)
- That she’s weird and incoherent
What am I missing? I certainly don’t want to use any of these forbidden lines of attack because I’ve been told by smart people that using them against her is a bad thing.
I mean, I understand that the regime media only wants the best for Republicans, so it’s only trying to help by keeping us by stopping us from talking about these things which will inevitably hurt Trump somehow for reasons.
Wait, maybe it would be easier just to make a list of the things we can attack her about. If you can think of any approved critiques, let me know.
He's got a point. As I reported earlier, AFP is already reporting on the flood of "gender disinformation" headed her way: "Doctored images, sexual slurs, racial innuendos. False narratives around Kamala Harris have surged online."
Yeah, except not all of those narratives are false. Sexual slurs? You mean suggesting she slept her way to the top? And what about racial innuendos? Harris isn't African American but has fond memories of her Indian family celebrating Kwanzaa as a child. Actual African Americans don't even celebrate Kwanzaa.
As far as saying that she's weird, the NRSC has put out a memo of talking point about Harris, and there's a dedicated "Weird" section.
NRSC memo on Kamala Harris has a "weird" section

This is the best republicans have against her pic.twitter.com/W1CVvm7p5Z
"Kamala Harris has a habit of laughing at inappropriate moments." True.
"Kamala Harris loves Venn diagrams." Also true, and weird.
"Kamala Harris recently discovered that electricity doesn't smell."
This is obtuse.

Kamala Harris’ biggest liability and the reason she has a 38% approval rating is because she presents as awkward, cringy, and inauthentic.
No, it’s not the best they have against her (she’ll be lambasted on policy), but it’s a really, really effective attack. https://t.co/h0uhHDTwHL
There's so much video of Harris that could be made into campaign commercials. How about that marathon of her going on about being unburdened by what has been? How about the cackling, especially at her own jokes? She is weird and unlikable.
I don't think the impeachment will have any traction, but as Bonchie says, "she presents as awkward, cringy, and inauthentic." Republicans need to play up. that angle as much as her policy failures.
