I finally took my dream vacation to London in 2001. My wife, son, and I flew back in August 2001 … the biggest security screening at the airport was to ask if you'd been to any rural areas, as the big threat at the time was Mad Cow disease.
I haven't been back, I say I want to go back, and my wife politely reminds me that London 2023 is not London 2001. I've done quite a few posts on the police raiding silverware drawers in their crackdown on knife crime — they even have handy bins on the street where you can dispose of any sharp objects. Criminals use those all the time. Plus, there's been a rash of acid attacks, where Muslim women who have disgraced their families get acid thrown in their faces.
Back in 2019, some Muslim terrorist tried to attack London Bridge, and civilians took him out with a 5-foot narwhal tusk that had been adorning a seafood restaurant. Sharp objects are everywhere.
Hamas has just declared war on Israel with the worst terrorist attack in Israel's history, and London Mayor Sadiq Khan is concerned it might lead to a rise in hate crimes in London.
Tragically, we know that violence in the Middle East can lead to a rise in hate crime in London.

I’m in touch with senior officers at the Met & communities across our city. Let me be clear - hate crime in London will not be tolerated. Now or ever.

Context: In areas of many Western societies with a large Muslim population, warfare involving Israel often leads to violence or hate crimes against Jewish people or Jewish institutions here. https://t.co/vj1AUq8Iw7

He was silent when labour voters were driving around London demanding Jewish women be raped.

No surprise this grifter makes an horrific event in Israel about him https://t.co/UECsvqZ3xi
Demanding Jewish women be raped? That's got to be made up.
Tragically, we do know that violence in the Middle East can lead to a surge in hate crime in London.

So you had better explain to the U.K. why you and the @metpoliceuk chose not to prosecute these Islamic jihadis who were arrested for terrorising residents of Golders Green? https://t.co/PtWb9cu7fw pic.twitter.com/Gfs0dG5dI6
Events abroad can cause ethnic tension to spill into violence on Britain’s streets, but Braverman was totally wrong to say multiculturalism has failed. https://t.co/asJEQEBIJK

It pains me to do posts like these because I'd really like to go back to England, but it's become so hostile to free speech and religion that I don't know if I'd want to see it now.
