Who is this again? Oh, it’s Transportation Secretary Pete “Personal Time” Buttigieg’s husband, Chasten. Back in 2020, Chasten Buttigieg was super excited to announce the publication of his memoir, “I Have Something to Tell You.” We’ll confess we haven’t read it, but Buttigieg’s tweets are free and worth every cent.
Remember how conservatives swore off Bud Light once Anheuser-Busch sent female impersonator Dylan Mulvaney a can with his picture on it commemorating his 365 days of girlhood? Well, Buttigieg has something to tell you. LGBTQ people drink water too — are conservatives going to boycott water next?
If you’re upset about a beer company supporting civil rights, you might want to start bottling your tears. LGBTQ people drink water, too. Gonna boycott that next?

Supporting civil rights? In what way was Bud Light supporting civil rights? Bud Light’s vice president of marketing said they were using “inclusive” marketing to reach a young audience, so they just grabbed someone on TikTok with a gazillion followers to reach the kids who are too young to buy beer.
Calm down.

I so agree with you. As a gay man myself, I can attest to drinking water regularly. Please watch my coming out moment.https://t.co/VMVZfUnzrR

If you dont understand the thought process of those you disagree with you could just ask..unless of course you didn’t want to understand?

A man pretending to be a woman is not a civil rights issue, it is a mental health issue
— Will Whitlock (@Real_W_Whitlock) April 8, 2023
So “civil rights” for you consists of a man taking a woman’s position because he perpetuates the most regressive stereotypes of what a misogynist thinks it means to be a woman?
Duly noted. pic.twitter.com/7dFnq8EYPd

Do you think adults have a “civil right” to chemically castrate minors? That’s what new state laws are prohibiting: the use of off-label drugs to sterilize & castrate minors, along w/permanently disfiguring surgeries. It is also a “right” to give diet pills to anorexic teenagers?
— Stephen Miller (@StephenM) April 8, 2023
You are advocating for the removal of real women. This MAN is making a mockery of womanhood. But you wouldn't know that because you're a gay man.

I would hope most people are upset about a trans acting out every superfluous, ridiculous female stereotype… and a corporation promoting it.

Please explain which civil right is implicated in this photo. I must have missed that day of law school. pic.twitter.com/9FrT5eul3p

It’s not about civil rights. What civil rights is Mulvaney being deprived of?
— Frieda’s Mom (@FriedasMom7) April 8, 2023
Just admit you hate women, princess! We know you do.
— FugitiveMama (@fugitivemama) April 10, 2023
It’s cosplay, not civil rights. A man cannot become a woman under any circumstance. And it is a mockery of woman.

Bet this argument sounded great in your head, that strawman probably folded right up when you zinged him with it

Tell us more about how taking issue with a company promoting a grown man role-playing as a six-year-old girl is somehow a civil rights issue.

You should really leave the talking to your husband.

It’s kind of cute how Buttigieg talks tough on Twitter.
