We overlooked this Wednesday with everything else that’s been going on, but incoming New York Republican Congressman George Santos appears to have a lot of holes in his biography — and we mean a lot. Santos, who has called himself “half Jewish” and a “Latino Jew,” claimed that his grandparents escaped the Holocaust … which appears to be a lie.
NEW: In appearances incoming Rep. George Santos called himself a “Latino Jew, and “half Jewish.” He said his grandparents “survived the Holocaust” by converting to Catholicism and fleeing Europe. But according to genealogy records, none of it appears true. https://t.co/1IoiSKPvdG

But wait, there’s more …
BREAKING: George Santos also hid a marriage and divorce to a woman, with the divorce coming weeks before he filed for his first congressional campaign. Yet he ran for Congress claiming he’d been openly gay for a decade.
More lies and secrets from Santos. The man is a fraud.

We’re not disputing that Santos is a fraud. Republican or not, we don’t need another serial liar in government. Politico’s Sam Stein wanted to know if there was any precedent to the Santos story.
Is there any precedent at all to this George Santos situation? Has Congress ever had someone with so many remarkable biographical holes?

The current president says he was imprisoned with Nelson Mandela and gave his dead uncle a Purple Heart. Would you like to know other things like his law school record or are you really being serious about this?

His mother used to have to put the windshield wipers on in the car to see cause there was so much oil in the air from all that massive Delaware production that it used to rain oil. Probably my favorite one.

That’s why he has cancer.
Also had three degrees 🤔

The president who lied about where he graduated, how he graduated, with how many degrees he graduated, with what grade he graduated.

And his grandfather was an All-American football player.

Good one. The “Storyteller in Chief” sometimes sees his yarns unravel; at least that’s how the New York Times put it.

We agree that Santos is a problem, but when even the New York Times does a story on President Biden’s fabrications, you know it’s bad.
You're trolling, right?
