As Twitchy reported earlier, MSNBC had split its screen into eight boxes to hold all the panelists it needed to discuss the final meeting of the January 6 select committee before the meeting even started. The committee’s recommendation that former President Donald Trump be prosecuted is no surprise — staffers who worked on the final report were told it was going to focus on Trump, while those investigating the mistakes made by law enforcement that day were given a “pens down” order and told their research wouldn’t make the cut. Of course the whole point was to make it so that Trump couldn’t be elected again.
Among those panelists MSNBC stuffed into one of those tiny boxes was former prosecutor Joyce White Vance, who said that the committee’s final report was an “echo” of the Mueller report, with the two reports making “fitting bookends” for the Trump administration.
Former federal prosecutor @JoyceWhiteVance sees the January 6th committee's findings as an "echo" to the Mueller Report:

She’s actually right — the January 6 committee’s report is a pale echo of the Mueller report.
Jan 6 Committee findings are "an 'echo' of the Muller report, fitting bookends for the Trump Presidency," this MSNBC #Resistance prosecutor says. Not entirely wrong when you look at what the Mueller report said: https://t.co/XChuH8WkSK pic.twitter.com/VOLt5mdQ2r

” … the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.” But we’re supposed to believe Trump was inciting a riot by telling protesters to leave in peace.
One day – just randomly pick a day – count how many articles on the front and op-ed pages of the NYT and WPost, or the lead stories on NBC and CNN, are about Trump and how many about Biden, the actual president (almost none).
Nobody is praying for Trump's return more than they.

That line in the Mueller report that was like: "just because we didn't find evidence of a conspiracy doesn't mean that a conspiracy didn't happen!" was custom-written for MSNBC pundits.

Yes, for for 2 years they said: Mueller is coming! You can't hide from Mueller! He knows everything! He has subpoenas! And aggressive Dem prosecutors. The walls are closing in!
Now it's: Mueller would've found the proof of the conspiracy it Trump didn't hide it from him! #MSNBC

Seeing as it’s almost Christmas, we need to dig up one of those pics of Mueller with a Santa hat Photoshopped on his head with “It’s Mueller Time!” in block letters. (Found one!)
MSNBC accidentally owns itself.🤦♀️

It’s funny how it is claimed that “the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts” when there is no evidence that Russia stole and released any info. An FBI rep even said as much under sworn testimony to congress.
— Steve, Big D, High T (@SteveOjosAzules) December 19, 2022
But they STILL ignore the FACT that no collusion was found and STILL point to that report as showing evidence he DID collude with Russia –>> how? How are they STILL saying that happened and convinced of it when their own guys report says otherwise?
My answer: "Deep state".

Just because the Muller investigation clearly reported it "did not establish" a conspiracy doesn't mean the media will stop believing it did. If they don't get the outcome they want, they simply pretend they did. And so does their audience.

I think the walls might be closing in on Trump. Too many bombshells. It's the beginning of the end.

The beginning of the end for Trump…. Again!

The Mueller Report which specifically could not establish any conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.
Their words. Not mine.

So for everyone who was let down by the Mueller report, cheer up! This is like the Mueller report, but way better!
