Elon Musk planning to starve the few remaining employees he didn't lay off

As we mentioned before, the New York Times has published a really, really long piece on the “two weeks of chaos” since Elon Musk was handed the keys to Twitter. Musk said he planned to lay off as much as half of the company, and he dogged Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to pony up $8 a month for her blue checkmark. Promoting Twitter Blue … what’s he trying to do, turn a profit?

Last month we were treated to a look inside Twitter headquarters; you get a view of the mediation room, the yoga studio, and the cafeteria, but stay until the end to see the red wine on tap.

The Times article revealed that employees will now be expected to buy their own lunches:

We love anyone with the word “Resists” in their handle. And yeah, SpaceX, Tesla … what a failure.

Yeah, being called back into the office was a major blow. Doesn’t he know how expensive it is to commute?

It’s amazing that this is a scandal. First, a congresswoman who makes $174,000 a year crying over $8 a month, and now this.

Editor’s Note: Republican voters deserve answers and accountability for the failed red wave.
