This is why words matter. This is why conservatives are right to be concerned when the White House begins throwing around terms like “semi-fascist” and “inciting violence.” As Karine Jean-Pierre said Wednesday, President Biden considers those Republican leaders who are inciting violence to be “extreme MAGA” and semi-fascist. We’re not sure who’s inciting violence, but therein lies the trick: Biden can use that rhetoric all he wants, and he keeps it open-ended so that anyone at any point could be considered extreme MAGA. Meanwhile, leftists are protesting at conservative justices’ homes and firebombing crisis pregnancy centers.
As Twitchy reported a few days ago, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis shared just how sick he was of hearing from Anthony Fauci:
DeSantis on Fauci: "I'm just sick of seeing him. I know he says he's gonna retire. Someone needs to grab that little elf and chuck him across the Potomac!”pic.twitter.com/zB20gKOiZZ

Sorry, but that’s funny. Not to the White House, however, which Charlie Spiering reports is concerned about the call for Fauci to be “physically assaulted” — as if someone’s literally going to chuck him across the Potomac.
White House expresses concern that Ron DeSantis called for Dr. Fauci to be "physically assaulted" when he said "someone needs to grab that little elf and chuck him across the Potomac."

At least he didn't threaten him with a F-15…

It's ok for Biden to tell gun owners they're useless against his F-15s but an obvious joke about Fauci is a bridge too far. https://t.co/iAvweBynyu

He should've just called for him to be attacked with an F-15 apparently

And don’t forget Swalwell’s threat to NUKE US Citizens. Blind to your own rules, correct?

Is elf-chucking really assault though, or a sport?

I hadn't heard the elf part 😂

Elves can fly so what physical damage would it do?

So they are confirming that Fauci is in fact a “little elf”?

Meanwhile the White House and the DOJ continues to do nothing against people illegally threatening supreme court justices and stalking them. Yes the American political left is so against violence.

To be fair I do wish it would literally happen but not a call to violence

Fauci could do a fundraiser, like a dunk-tank or something. Fifty bucks to chuck Fauci into the Potomac.
.@PressSec @KJP46 cited a joke by @GovRonDeSantis about throwing Fauci across the Potomac as evidence of Republican “semi-fascism.” By that standard, her boss @JoeBiden, who said repeatedly that he wanted to beat up President Trump, is a semi-fascist and a threat to democracy https://t.co/3hkJhCLbAk

Yeah, remember all the times Biden threatened to take Donald Trump behind the gym? Chris Matthews even gave Biden a pair of boxing gloves.
