We just did a post on CBS News’ Robert Costa going full Jeffrey Toobin over Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony before the January 6 select committee Tuesday. Costa said what we were watching was not a “bombshell” but rather history itself unfolding. Move over Costa, because CNN media analyst (we thought that job was held by Brian Stelter and Oliver Darcy) David Zurawik says that Hutchinson’s testimony about President Trump throwing a plate at the wall “pulsed with the power and electricity of history and truth.”
Keep in mind that Hutchinson was an aide to Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and “heard” about some of the stories, such as Trump fighting with the Secret Service to lunge at the driver of his SUV and turn toward the Capitol.
Cassidy Hutchinson's words pulsed with the power and electricity of history and truth. Talk about speaking truth to power. Shame on all those who were also there on Jan. 6 and have refused to share what they saw and heard with the committee and American people.

I'd really like to see footage of the crowd of rioters who were armed with guns.

Pulsed with the power and electricity of history and truth or was it just hearsay?

All of this will be forgotten by tomorrow, when the January 6 committee will announce its next surprise witness.
