What is with these all-hands meetings at woke corporations? In 2018, we got leaked video of Google’s all-hands meeting the day after Donald Trump’s election. “Myself as an immigrant and a refugee, I certainly find the selection deeply offensive and I know many of you do too,” co-founder Sergey Brin, Alphabet’s president, said near the outset of the meeting. “I think it’s a very stressful time and conflicts with many of our values.” And of course, we just saw those leaked videos from Disney’s all-hands meeting after the Parental Rights in Education bill passed in Florida, with executive producers assuring employees who were feeling pain, frustration, and sadness that they were “adding queerness” wherever they could and would try harder to include.
There was an all-hands meeting at Twitter Thursday after Elon Musk offered to buy Twitter outright, and the New York Times reports that it was a bad day for CEO Parag Agrawal, who is “in danger of losing employees.”
Really not a good situation for Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal. He's in danger of losing his employees. https://t.co/2khhjXYYpd pic.twitter.com/ulQTRZnbyj

Why aren’t you tweeting more, asked the people who think Twitter is real life. And what would the purchase do to Twitter’s culture, “which is known to be inclusive” (unless you’re conservative)?
Oh no. https://t.co/2UCyEnq8q4

Going to be hard getting a Xanax prescription filled in the Bay Area for the next few weeks

I think they should resign in protest. And promise to never work for a company that has a role facilitating speech in the public square

Elon should agree to protect everyone's job. Only catch: Twitter HQ moves to northwest Oklahoma, and everyone needs to work in the office. No virtual / remote employees.

I hope Elon fires all of them.

Oh the horror
— Will Collier (@willcollier) April 14, 2022
Oh no – it must be terrifying to even be there. Employees should stay home until Elon apologizes and sells his shares.

And?
Twitter's tech employees are easily replaceable.
As to the … well, censors … they are even more easily replaceable.
Possibly by somebody who knows they are an employee.

They should start their own platform if they are so upset.

Ahh with the chefs kiss of a racism accusation just to top it all off. Typical far leftist tactics / mass blackmail / mass accusations. Anything to keep the power.

I notice that they didn’t mention that the racism claims at Tesla were thrown out for being completely ludicrous.
— Ben James (@almostforward) April 14, 2022
I can just hear them now… "given that Tesla has a history of racism in their factories"…
As they hide their Tesla key rings hahahah— Arron (@arron10uhC) April 14, 2022
Professor Jeff Jarvis said that being on Twitter today feels like “the last evening in a Berlin nightclub” — we wonder what it feels like inside Twitter.
