As Twitchy reported earlier this week, Women’s March co-founder Linda Sarsour was supposed to be featured by GEICO at their “Middle Eastern and North African Heritage Month Celebration.” GEICO pulled the plug on Sarsour, though, after pushback from several Jewish organizations and other people who aren’t fans of anti-Semitism. Now Sarsour is mad that “right-wing voices” have once again stifled hers, and that she had to learn about her cancellation from Twitter. GEICO dumped her without even consulting her first!
It’s true. @GEICO, without consultation from me, THEIR invited speaker for their DEI initiative capitulated to the usual right wing voices who work every day to silence pro-Palestinian voices. Found out on twitter. Way to say #RamadanMubarak & Happy Arab American Heritage Month! https://t.co/nGSOZX8eIK

So sad. For what it’s worth, we didn’t see #GEICOIsIslamophobia trending this week.

Did you come here for support? 🤣🤣🤣

I would add they also "capitulated" to rational left wing Dems like me. You're a real piece of work and never should've been asked in the first place.

Must be your reputation.

Translation: my hateful antisemitism came to Geico’s attention, so they did the decent thing. Curse them. https://t.co/hqOVFVYDmO

Cry me a river you racist. https://t.co/pf2R56BAWZ

We are not right wing and we are pro-Palestinian. But we fully agree that you are entirely unsuitable to have been invited as a speaker, and welcome your removal.

"Rightwingers" asked you to leave the Women's March, too, I suppose? LOL

Good. Should be a lesson to any organization not to support racism and antisemitism in the name of DEI.

You don’t have to be right wing to be against someone who supports Palestinian terrorism. You just have to be sane.

It was based on things you have already said. You had your chance to speak. pic.twitter.com/sDhdWh5gMT

Not all of us you find your words problematic are "right wing." This is part of your problem, you label people for what they are not. This is one of the reasons why so many people find you offensive.
— JerryJJJJJJJJJJ (@JerryJjjjjjjjjj) April 9, 2022
Liberal Jews are now right wing just cause they don’t like your antisemitism.
— (((David))) (@MrDavidDC) April 8, 2022
Sucks for you. Don’t be a hateful person and shit like this won’t happen to you.
— Snowball’s Chance (@Goldn37) April 8, 2022
But she was invited!
