Columnist Damon Linker seems upset that the Right is pouncing on Democrats whether they lift COVID restrictions or not

On Monday, a handful of Democratic governors announced plans to lift mask mandates, citing a reduction in COVID-19 cases; or, as CNN medical analyst Leana Wen said, “the science has changed.”

The Week columnist Damon Linker, who also admits to being a regular on The Bulwark’s podcast, notes that conservatives are going to pounce on Democrats whether they keep restrictions in place or lift them.

Sounds about right.
