Things don’t seem to be going well for the prosecution in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder case. As Townhall’s Julio Rosas reported, the lead prosecutor set out to prove that it was Kyle Rittenhouse who chased down an unarmed Joseph Rosenbaum and shot him to death, despite every bit of video from the scene showing Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse.
An eyewitness on Thursday testified that he’d encountered Rosenbaum that night, who’d threatened to kill anyone he found alone.
Eyewitness testifies that Rosenbaum told him and Rittenhouse, “if I catch any of you guys alone tonight I’m going to f-cking kill you” pic.twitter.com/Z8uOkWoZRW

For what it’s worth, Rosas was at the scene that night and caught Rosenbaum on video:
Now that it is confirmed Joseph Rosenbaum was one of the people shot and killed by alleged gunman Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, I filmed him earlier in the night taunting the armed civilians, saying, "Shoot me, n***a." pic.twitter.com/Nn2encm78Y

Is it just me or is this not going well for the prosecution? 😆🤡

Kyle never needed a lawyer for defense when the prosecutor is just helping him

Isn’t he a witness called by the prosecution? Holy fucking shit, I haven’t seen this level of self Sabotage from the prosecution since the Zimmerman trial.

"Well, he didn't address the defendant by name when he said that, so maybe he didn't mean him"

This is clear self defense. None of it is pretty, but it's the basis of liberty. Protect your life and property. I can't fathom why the State wants to paint Rosenbaum as non combative. Even the State witness stated that. At this point, it seems political show trial

Here’s more from Rosas. Richie McGinniss is the chief video director for The Daily Caller and was also on the scene. Binger is lead prosecutor Thomas Binger.https://twitter.com/Julio_Rosas11/status/1456311161847173121
.@RichieMcGinniss is now being questioned by ADA Binger. Richie was behind Rosenbaum and slightly off-centered when Rittenhouse shot him.
Prior to the shooting, Richie said he saw Rittenhouse being chased by Rosenbaum and right before the shooting, Rosenbaum lunged for the rifle https://t.co/RBmN33BGFC
— Julio Rosas (@Julio_Rosas11) November 4, 2021
It appears Binger was trying to get Richie to say Rosenbaum was falling down before Rittenhouse shot him, pointing Richie saying "falling" in an interview with Tucker Carlson. Richie said lunging was more applicable in the situation and "falling" is not a contradiction.
— Julio Rosas (@Julio_Rosas11) November 4, 2021
Binger pressed Richie to get him to admit he did not know 100 % what Rosenbaum was thinking when he chased after Rittenhouse and tried to reach for the rifle.
Richie said he knows for a fact Rosenbaum said “fuck you” and reached for the front portion of the AR-15.

Rittenhouse has pleaded not guilty to seven charges, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, and first-degree attempted intentional homicide.
