Here’s an update: Remember that professor who continually interrupted and berated a student who was doing a presentation on cancel culture and using the example of the kids’ cartoon “Paw Patrol” as an example? “Paw Patrol” depicts the police dog as a hero, and the professor obviously didn’t believe kids’ shows needed “heroes” like police officers.
She hasn’t been identified, but it’s been reported she’s been put on paid leave. The class was her first as an adjunct professor at Cypress College.

The professor even insisted to the student that she wouldn’t call the police if she were in trouble, saying, “I don’t trust them. My life is in more danger in their presence.” That was the end of that discussion.
The unidentified Cypress College educator claimed during the Zoom lesson she wouldn’t call police if someone broke into her home with a knife or gun, because she thinks her “life’s more in danger” when cops are around.https://t.co/VzwwuiXGJy

I can't like this tweet because it depicts insanity and is depressingly routine now.

How about she shares her address and we have ourselves a little scientific experiment?

Funny that she’s not been identified.
As someone who once woke up with a knife at her throat during a burglary, I'm telling her to wait till it happens before speaking.

That's what she says. Of course she would call the police.

She's not a serious person when seriousness is needed. We all know she'd be the first person to call police.

Guaranteed.
Did she just publicly advertise to all thieves that her home is open to them? No consequences for armed robbery?

Educated idiot.

He showed maturity she did not. How did she become an educator. I have been in education for YEARS. I have differing opinions at times than my HS students but they would never know it. We have great conversations with me mainly listening. This is shameful.

See folks we can make a difference. It’s time conservatives step up and spam these universities, corporations, and politicians with emails, and calls when they act disgusting.
They want cancel culture, well, let’s give it back to them.

We don’t know if she should have been put on a leave of absence, but we would like to know that the student who stood up to her and defended his ideas had a chance of getting a fair grade.
