How many migrants caught President Biden on ABC News telling them, 'Don't come over'?

This administration is weird. Up until today, the Biden administration wasn’t discouraging immigrants from coming to the border, it was just telling them to wait: “Now is not the time,” Jen Psaki said in early February. In other words, just hold tight a bit.

On Tuesday, though, President Biden ventured all the way to Darby, Pa., for a wide-ranging exclusive interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos in which he clearly instructed migrants at the southern border, “Don’t come over.”

ABC News reports:

President Joe Biden said in an exclusive interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Tuesday that his message to migrants is “Don’t come over.”

Amid a surge of migrants and unaccompanied minors on the U.S. southern border, Stephanopoulos asked the president, “Do you have to say quite clearly, ‘Don’t come’?”

“Yes, I can say quite clearly: Don’t come over,” Biden said during the wide-ranging interview in Darby, Pennsylvania.

“Don’t leave your town or city or community,” he added.

But … they already did, and they’re already here, wearing matching “Biden, please let us in” T-shirts. But, as Psaki said, a lot of them are fleeing last fall’s hurricanes. You can’t tell them not to come.

In other news, CBS News is reporting Tuesday night that there are now more than 13,000 unaccompanied minors in U.S. custody.

We’re full, OK? Don’t come.

Xenophobic, even. Is he trying to impose travel restrictions on brown people?

Maybe let the press get some pictures of those “reception centers” and pass them around.

Bonus: Biden says they’re not saying to come because he’s “a nice guy.”

We never said he was a nice guy.
