New York Post says Twitter is holding its account hostage as paper is told it must delete links to Hunter Biden email https://t.co/o0Vn2Vv9tQ
— Daily Mail US (@DailyMail) October 18, 2020
The Daily Mail reports that Twitter told the Post to delete six links to its Hunter Biden email story:
A Twitter representative told the newspaper that while the site has lifted restrictions that banned users from circulating the link to the Biden story, the Post is still required to remove the tweets so that it could use its account.
“While we’ve updated the policy, we don’t change enforcement retroactively,” a Twitter rep told the Post on Friday in an email.
So is Twitter maintaining that the Post was circulating information gleaned from a “hacked” source?

Hope Congress rakes Jack Dorsey over the coals for Twitter’s blatant interference in our national election.
Folks, it’s not the Russians who are America’s biggest threat. It’s our own communist left leaning media.

This is why there’s no going back. We have to reluctantly admit we’re in a long fight with the left and their powerful backers. Twitter will not do the right thing ultimately. This is just one of many battles in the years to come. Pick a role.

It probably won't be restored until a few minutes before the hearing on Tuesday.

And they are still suppressing/throttling the smaller accounts from re-tweeting things they don't approve.

They even shut down the official House Judiciary Republicans account as well as the personal account of White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany.
In a free society this is unacceptable. I hope they get their rule 230 protection revoked.

Just be happy you're still allowed to mention the @nypost at all.

I had to come onto your timeline directly to respond. This is completely unacceptable.

He apologized for communicating the reason for the URL block so poorly, but he never promised to remove it.
Still waiting on that Biden full denial.
