You likely remember 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot and killed two and wounded a third during rioting in Kenosha, Wisconsin over the police shooting of Jacob Blake. Word quickly spread around social media that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist — as the Biden campaign suggested in a recent ad — who had broken the law by crossing state lines with a firearm. Now we’re learning that a police investigation showed that he never had possession of the rifle in Illinois and that the Smith & Wesson .223 caliber rifle “was purchased, stored and used in Wisconsin.”
Kyle Rittenhouse will not face gun charges in Lake County related to the AR-15-style weapon he is charged with using to kill two men and wound a third during protests in Kenosha in August, prosecutors say https://t.co/yIetVstKv8

The Chicago Tribune reports that Rittenhouse still faces a charge in Illinois of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, a misdemeanor. Of course, he’s still facing murder charges in Wisconsin as well.

Excellent news! Now to get him acquitted of murder charges.

This is the correct decision.
Now, about these other ridiculous charges

Will we still get banned for talking about him in a positive light?

So many "experts" had this wrong, and were adamant about it.

Wow! Seems in direct conflict with what all the expert arm chair liberal attorneys and law experts said. Almost like they don’t know what the hell they’re talking about.

Now to drop the charges on Wisconsin, with a sincere apology from the state.
— Unterwäsche (@unterwaesche1) October 13, 2020
Aren't these the charges that supported his first degree murder charge? How do they keep going with that without the gun charges?

The amount of “misinformation” (aka lies) being written about Kyle is out of control. When he’s acquitted, I hope he sues the living piss out of the media that’s publishing those lies.

Underage firearm possession. I didn’t know the Constitution had age limits for gun ownership. We really have given our Government to much of our constitutional freedoms. Time to take them back.
