Brandon Darby blocked by Sister Helen Prejean for pointing out why man is on death row

There’s been a lot of debate about Catholicism on Twitter Thursday after Speaker Nancy Pelosi took great offense at the suggestion that she “hated” Donald Trump. She angrily stated that she has no hatred of anyone and prays for the president daily.

And then there’s the debate over the death penalty and the question of how one can be pro-life at the same time. Of course, there’s the obvious argument that an unborn baby is innocent and someone on death row certainly is not. Anti-death penalty activist Sister Helen Prejean, author of “Dead Man Walking” (that was turned into a film starring Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn), kicked things off Thursday with this tweet:

Breitbart’s Brandon Darby got the proverbial slap on the wrist with a ruler when he tried to remind Sister Prejean that Lee Hall had poured gasoline on a woman and watched her burn.

Getting blocked by a nun; that’s something special.

We can see how some people oppose the death penalty, but blocking someone just for bringing up the crime? That’s weak.
