As you’ve probably heard, CNN’s Jim Acosta, whose beat is the White House briefing room and not Afghanistan, has written a book called, “The Enemy of the People: A Dangerous Time to Tell the Truth in America.” Maybe that’s why CNN bends the truth so often?
Mediate has read some excerpts of Acosta’s book, in which he admits that his showboating “bothers some people.” He also seems to justify his confrontational approach to the current administration by saying, “Neutrality for the sake of neutrality doesn’t really serve us in the age of Trump.”

Meanwhile, CNN White House reporter says "‘neutrality' in reporting is not effective in the age of President Donald Trump.”https://t.co/VZ4tbM7a8g

Acosta and his network should try it sometime … maybe a bit of neutrality would bring CNN up from 15th place in the prime time cable ratings.

Looks like it may be his special time of the month

So he admits he’s not a journalist. He’s a loud mouthed activist

If @CNN were a journalistic enterprise, it would reprimand @Acosta and reassign him to the mailroom – if not fire him outright.

"Reporter"
Acosta is knowingly playing the part of one of Trump's foils in the President reality TV show. He's basically what Omarosa was on the Apprentice…
Zucker was involved in that scam too ?

The absurdity of that comment is the implication that he and the media were ever neutral.

Right, because they played it right down the middle during other presidential elections – when was the last time a Moderator gave an assist to a GOP candidate?

There are a lot of really, really hardworking journalists at CNN who strive to be fair, impartial, responsible journalists and I’m guessing some of them aren’t crazy about this from @Acosta >> https://t.co/DaLNgI4whg

Some reporters made a decision that building their own brand is more important.
— Will Nye (@willfnye) May 28, 2019
Dylan, partisanship aside I haven’t seen a fair or balanced report from CNN in years.
It is so out of hand. What’s more is when Trump is gone the public at large will, even if anti-Trump, remember the staggering bias and hence distrust them.
Mark my words…
— JW Watch (@JW_Watch) May 28, 2019
The public’s trust in the media to do their jobs eroded with the previous celebrity presidency — that’s why the “fake news” chants were so much a fixture at Trump rallies. But if CNN wants to stay in the ratings basement, that’s their decision.
