Frankly, we’re astounded that actor Chris Pratt gets any acting gigs in Hollywood at all, let alone in Marvel films which are populated by intolerant liberals like Chris Evans and (the less nasty but far more progressive) Mark Ruffalo. He’s a Christian (and a hunter!) and as Twitchy recently reported, he was shamed by actress Ellen Page for attending the “infamously anti-LGBTQ” Hillsong Church.
Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, who is gay and certainly doesn’t mind us pointing that out, stood up for Pratt Saturday.
It’s not an anti-gay church. It’s my church. And my family’s church. @EllenPage needs to stop the dishonest verbal hate. She’s become what she claims to hate. #dontbeintolerant #lovetrumpshate https://t.co/PjMgPsmdGq

Dishonest verbal hate? Like blaming Vice President Mike Pence for the “modern-day lynching” of gay actor Jussie Smollett?
Charles Krauthammer said it perfectly, “The gay community needs to stop being sore winners.” I agree, and I’m gay. Loved Charles, miss his commentary. Hate this burnt earth approach to everything from the younger tribe. It’s as if they’re pissed that they missed the real fight.

Well said.
Why are they acting so intolerant? Everything seems so backward. Sad.

Thanks RG! You are one of the best around.

Thank you for speaking up Ambassador. There's enough hate. Let's preach the love of God.

I'm very curious how you and your partner kept your sexual orientation from the President and the entire administration. Seriously, thanks for representing the US in such a key country and economy.

I really don’t care what Ellen Page thinks or says. She can marry who she wants and Chris can worship how he wants. She can also believe how she wants to believe. Truth does not depend on who buys it. Truth is truth.

Acuse, acuse and acuse! That’s the method!!!

LGBT have become what they claimed they are against.

I recall Father Bill at a Good Friday sermon "Jesus was RADICALLY inclusive."

The sad thing is @Variety will not reach out to the Ambassador for comment. Some things are certain, like sunset and sunrise. And the intransigence of the press.

Ellen Page is just another entertainer who believes her knowledge and intellect are greater than that of the people who pay her.
— Willie Vanderbrink (@OilFart1) February 10, 2019
I have a solution for @EllenPage….don't attend that church!
You're welcome @EllenPage.
Brought to you by #libertarian reason and the freedom of association principle.
— Red Beard, The Libertarian (@RB_libertarian) February 10, 2019
I no longer attend any religious services. The only unpardonable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Those in same sex orientation have as much right to Jesus love as anyone. Same for the transgender. As for Hillsong, they can behave as they will. They will be loved.

Thank you Mr. Ambassador for speaking up. As a father of a precious gay son these obnoxious liberal trash do not speak for me, my family, my church nor my beautiful gay son. Go away Ellen Page.

I'm a rather staunch Atheist and Chris Pratt is in my top ten people I would like to have a couple beers with. Everything about the guy is a class act.
