First things first: This editor is the one who first reported on the Covington Catholic High School incident after seeing the initial videos and jumped to the wrong conclusion, and for that I apologize to our readers and to the students of Covington Catholic.
That said, Twitchy’s post warned that people were already posting pictures of individual kids and demanding their names; Newsweek’s Kurt Eichenwald sure kept himself off the tentacle porn sites Saturday by grabbing all the still frames he could from the initial video and posting all of the faces to his Twitter feed. And he wasn’t the only one.
And then there were the threats, many of which we’ve covered here. Breitbart News’ Allum Bokhari is working on a piece about #VerifiedBullies — those blue-checks on Twitter who literally get away with doxxing kids and threatening lives.
Article coming soon on the #VerifiedBullies
Here's a preview that will shock no-one — after more than 24 hours, most threats of death, violence, and open calls for doxxing from big-name verified celebs remain on the platform. Twitter hasn't made them delete, hasn't banned them.

then add @jack to the lawsuit. You know they have been reported. Make him accountable. This may be just what is needed!! Two birds with one stone!!
— DS (@normangirl2) January 21, 2019
Which is why @jack and @twitter both need to be part of this legal action.

Yes. Their agenda is has been opened….finally.

Twitter should be listed among the bullies….

As Twitchy reported, verified account @HouseShoes tweeted, “I want you to fire on any of these red hat bitches when you see them. On sight.” That tweet’s gone now, but it stood for quite a while considering its content. And blue-check producer Jack Morrissey posted a graphic of #MAGA kids going screaming head-first into the wood chipper.
We know that Twitter says a blue-check isn’t an endorsement, but they have taken away a blue-check (from Louis Farrakhan) as punishment, so it does carry some weight. So why are so many liberal blue-checks getting away with posting death wishes?

@Twitter this is the new norm? Along any conservative to be trashed
— Richard (@Richard31865731) January 21, 2019
Twitter feeds the leftist system and censors the rest of us!
— Antonio La Barbera (@AntonioLaBarbe1) January 21, 2019
They aren't unaware of the issue, they even reviewed reports on @rezaaslan's tweet and stated that they could not find any violations of the Twitter Rules. https://t.co/3zov3anZ9o

Blue-check Reza Aslan seemed upset that he was reported because of his tweet about the Covington student’s “punchable face.”
Racist bigot Reza crying to twitter. I hope you and anyone who calls for violence gets banned. If they don't ban you then you should be an open target. Twitter's double standards need to end.

Big-name verified celebs remain and Twitter hasn't made them delete, hasn't banned them?
Did you really expect Twitter to denounce denigrate delete "The Protected Elites"?
???

The hypocrisy is disgusting.
— Mikeinbc (@mikeinbc_) January 21, 2019
I've reported dozens of tweets. Twitter has not followed up on any of them.
— AbbyLerun (@AbbyLerun) January 21, 2019
Seriously, why would Twitter ban these people or suspend them? Jack doesn't care. Just proves what people have been saying for years about him.
— Kelly Monson (@KellyMonson1) January 21, 2019
We write a lot about Hollywood celebrities who are #VerifiedBullies … any chance of any of them ever being suspended?
