Seeing as we’re in December now, we just searched Twitter for “Mueller AND Christmas” to see if liberals were again hoping that Special Counsel Robert Mueller would be bringing them President Trump’s impeachment for Christmas, and this was this first search result:
We wish you a Mueller Christmas, We wish you a Mueller Christmas, We wish you a Mueller Christmas,
And indictments, hear hear!
Subpoenas galore
For all of Trump's men
We wish you a Mueller Christmas,
And indictments, hear hear!— George Takei (@GeorgeTakei) November 29, 2018
Maybe Sulu up there might want to wish for something different, because even the New Yorker is admitting that Mueller faces some “formidable barriers” to filing criminal charges against the president:
The special counsel, Robert Mueller, faces formidable barriers to bringing a criminal charge against Donald Trump. https://t.co/BAILtptGvS
— The New Yorker (@NewYorker) December 1, 2018
“It seems virtually certain that Trump’s fate will ultimately be determined in the political arena rather than the courts,” writes John Cassidy. In other words, he’ll have to be voted out in favor of Beto O’Rourke or Cory Booker or maybe Michael Avenatti.
Feel free to read the piece to learn all about the barriers Mueller faces, but we think you know them already:
Would one of those barriers be that the Dem narrative isn't precisely lining up with reality? https://t.co/hWAWdxv3TZ

Formidable barriers being no evidence.
— Turbo (@turbocheetoh) December 1, 2018
. . chief among these the lack of an actual crime.

Those barriers being a lack of any crimes committed
— Dolan McScrooge (@Mjonesy16) December 1, 2018
Perhaps because there was no crime committed.
— Jtomka ??? (@jtomka) December 1, 2018
There would actually need to be a crime. Sorry, that's how this works.
— MacroAggressions ❌ (@DenierNyc) December 1, 2018
Don’t you need a crime to bring criminal charges? Was Mueller out the day they taught that at law school?
— Neil Axelrod (@NeilAxelrod) December 1, 2018
I guess it is very hard to fabricate a crime, with so many eyes watching
— Sandrine (@Sandrine_in_SC) December 1, 2018
Yeah like any evidence at all that President Trump did anything wrong.#PatheticDems
— Mari's A Nationalist ??❌⭐⭐⭐ (@ThisIsMarisTest) December 1, 2018
Barriers? You mean like criminal offenses? Yeah it's kind of Handy to have a criminal offense take place before you try to prosecute somebody.
— Dr. Zin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@DrZin14) December 1, 2018
Yes. Truth is indeed, a formidable barrier.
— ❌LeeLewisTheDreg❌ (@LeeLewis1972) December 1, 2018
Kinda hard to make up charges that…don't exist. Even for Mueller & his gang of Angry Partisan Democrat Prosecutors.
— Green Green Peppers (@wcpeper) December 1, 2018
It must be difficult for Mueller considering his own involvement in #UraniumOne
— MegMurph (@AllIn4DJT) December 1, 2018
“Formidable Barriers”??

Just for fun, here are some more Christmas wishes and Santa Mueller mashups:
Looking for Christmas gifts for America? How about indictments and subpoenas? The best plea deals?
Mueller’s got it all. Even treas(on)!— Ken Olin (@kenolin1) December 1, 2018
That is a freaking great idea …
Is there a Santa event scheduled at the White House?
We get Mueller to dress up as Santa, his deputies as Elves?
Once the children leave the room … BAM!!
(ps, be sure to invite Trump kids & Hannity) https://t.co/rYpYuIptCm

Tic Tock, Trump!!!! #Mueller is coming #Santa is coming to town
